Diving in Phu Quoc at Turtle Island
Diving in Phu Quoc, near Turtle Island, is an exhilarating adventure that appeals to both beginners and certified divers. Boats usually anchor on the eastern side of the island, where your underwater journey begins.

Underwater World
This island, named for the abundance of turtles in the past, now rarely sees them. However, the underwater world still amazes with its diversity and beauty. Turtle Island is renowned for its vibrant coral reefs, which can be explored at depths ranging from 3 to 8 meters. Whether diving from the southern or eastern side of the island, you'll be immersed in the stunning marine scenery. Butterflyfish, swallowfish, remoras, and parrotfish inhabit these waters, creating a colorful and picturesque underwater landscape.

Diving on the Eastern Side of the Island
Particularly fascinating is the dive on the eastern side of the island, where large boulders covered in coral lie at depths of 8 to 12 meters. Swimming between these boulders is a true adventure, offering unforgettable emotions and impressions. You'll feel like an explorer discovering new underwater worlds.
Southern Islands
South of Bai Nam Island, home to the famous Vinpearl Land, lies a cluster of islands that are perfect for diving. These spots attract both beginners and certified divers.

Gam Ghi Island
Gam Ghi Island is especially captivating. This picturesque location features a flat sandy seabed, making it ideal for skill practice and courses of varying difficulty. Near the island, you’ll find beautiful and vibrant coral formations. Certified divers can enjoy an exciting route: swim through a massive underwater rock with a carved arch, admire the vivid corals on the other side of the island, then turn and drift with the current down to depths of 30 meters. Along the way, you’ll pass through arches formed by large rocks surrounded by stunning white corals. Not a single certified diver has remained indifferent to diving at Gam Ghi — it’s truly an exhilarating and fascinating route, rightfully considered the jewel of diving in Phu Quoc.

Other Islands
To the west of Gam Ghi are Vong Island, May Rut Island, and Kim Quy Island. These islands are generously adorned with corals and vibrant marine life. Diving near these islands is equally thrilling and engaging. Venturing farther out to sea from these islands, you can try deep-sea diving and explore the intriguing ocean floor.

Pineapple Island
Diving near Pineapple Island, close to Vinpearl Land, is remarkable not only for its corals and marine creatures but also for the abundance of submerged statues. Divers often capture stunning photos with these statues as a backdrop.
