Dive site Hon Mun
Diving and snorkeling at the protected Hon Mun Island is not only an encounter with diverse marine life but also a journey into the amazing world of underwater caves and grand rock formations. The caves here form labyrinths of stone arches and tunnels, creating unique light effects as sunlight penetrates through the water.
Large boulders on the ocean floor shape unique underwater landscapes that serve as home to numerous species of corals and marine animals. Some of these rocks rise like majestic pillars, surrounded by schools of fish, creating breathtaking views.
The underwater scenery includes not only coral reefs but also a variety of colors and shapes of marine creatures, from vibrant tropical fish to drifting jellyfish. Underwater visibility in the Hon Mun area can range from 5 to 20 meters, allowing divers and snorkelers to enjoy clear and picturesque views.
